New Striptiz portrait – Gal Gjurin, a musician
Gal Gjurin is a renown Slovenian musician. This portrait was inspired by Man Ray’s picture “Le Violon d’Ingres”, 1924 
. Gal is a musician who plays countless instruments but foremost he is known as a bass player, so I wanted a picture that symbolize intimate passion. I’m not 100% sure, but I think that message comes through even if you don’t know the Man Ray’s picture.
Of course it would be better if the girl would not wear her jeans on, but if you’re working on no-budget limit and you depend on good will of people collaborating, then you don’t complain. Or at least I’m not.
Yes, too bad she wears pants. But, I must say that without those signs on her back, nothing tells me he is a musician. Somehow, his gestures are not instrument play-like, they are more hug-like. This one don’t work for me.

Se strinjam s predhodnikom, da je druga fotografija dosti bolj ekspresivna. Na prvi mi deluje, da hoče pogledat, kakšne spodnje hlačke ima oblečene

I like the picture a lot, but yes, without her pants it would have been better
but seems intense to me, the way he’s “playing” on her, very passionate!

Uf, tudi meni ta nikakor ne deluje… Pri Rayu ni šlo samo za golo žensko s poslikanim hrbnotm ampak ima dejansko njeno telo obliko inštrumenta… Pri tvojem modelu se zaradi osvetlitve, postave, hlač, gub tega res ne vidi… Se mi zidi da bi lahko to super idejo dosti bolje izpeljal…

Najprej pohvale za idejo, ki mi je zelo všeč! Glede izvedbe pa se strinjam z ostalimi. Tudi meni je najprej prišlo na misel, da bi morala biti gola. Pa če bi imela bolj zravnan hrbet bi se izognila gubam in bi po mojem mnenju boljše izpadlo. Drugače pa tudi meni druga bolj všeč.
