Striptiz portret Nine Kokelj in Kruna Antonića

nina kokelj and Kruno Antonić

Here is a portrait of writers Nina Kokelj and Kruno Antonić for Stritpiz rubric of Mladina weekly. They’ve made an illustrated children’s book JON IN TADAO where the sotry develops on the train. For this portrait I prepared very well, but things got so wrong. First newly bought torch didn’t work and Nina was not feeling well, so we did only two shots. This is the second one.

BLOW UP!

No, vsaj okno on kotel lokomotive sem dobro osvetlil s flešem.

Na konec koncu scena + izraz Nine in Kruna naredi fotko.

  3. Striptiz fairy-tale!!!
One of the best for me. A bit confusing that front part of locomotive but a minor thing to whole picture. I like the spark-like torch lines. How long was the exposure?
Really great atmosphere. Also, nice composition. Did you retouched it or it’s straight from camera (I believe you corrected saturation and contrast maybe?)?

  5. Great that you like it. I like it as well, although I can’t look at it without bearing in mind the question how much better would it be if that damn torch would work!

  9. I just saw that you’re handing down the relay stick to Chris DeBode for Fotopub! You were the art director, inspiration and the brain child behind this event. The question on everyone’s mind is who will be the cock behind the event?

  10. thanks for all the feedback. As I said I wasn’t that sure for this picture. I made another Striptiz portrait yesterday. More to come!

Chris is behind the steering wheal with his whole heart and soul. It’ll be great!! I did a lot of work for Fotopub in last seven years and not finally I can afford to be a participant 🙂

here are some pictures from last year:
