with 16 comments

Conny Blom portrayed by borutpeterlin.com 20100127_4968-2

Conny Blom is a Swedish artist, portrayed in front of Ljubljana’s stock exchange market with his art piece from exhibition – carrots bound as a bomb. Portrayed for Mladina’s STRIPTIZ rubric with Nikon D3s and flash Balcar 1500Ws with a softbox.

PS: carrots bound as a bomb is an art piece of Conny Blom and he’s usually planting it in front of a gallery where he’s exhibiting.

  5. Borut, why don’t you show some of your personal work as well…like some of your earlier reportage that never made it to print. Did you know that 90% of the images presented at Perpignan were never published. So…you have a blog, a healthy amount of readers….treat us to something personal…you won’t dissapoint us.

  6. ha, ha, like that self-portrait series made from 21.00 until 9.00 in your house with your help. What’s the name of the village in Prague’s suburb? Dobrichovice?

Man, I have so much new work to show, but no time. I’ll update my blog once a week, perhaps even today.
Stay safe in Moldova. I’ve told you communism is the future and it would be great that you would do a personal project about communists in NY and not only in Slovenia, Prague, Georgia, Moldova, Hugary, etc.

  7. I suppose you’re right. The next projects will probably be in THE France or THE USA…but we will have to wait because I don’t like to do more than half a project every couple of years. If you take too many pictures they look mediocre…SO YOU’RE RIGHT to hold on.

  9. Tek sad sam pogledao video. Shame on me. Vidi se po stavu koji zauzimaš kad fotkaš da si dobro upoznat sa istočnjačkim borilačkim vještinama. 🙂

  14. […] the change was not easy or comfortable whereas discrete! From digital camera with studio lights (link to the making of video) to old view camera on a tripod and with darkroom. Also the layout of the rubric changed […]

  15. Lindsay Fleming has an “All That Jazz” collection which
features this flapper-inspired gown. There was a moment of pause to see if I understood
what he said before continuing: “I don’t believe I’ve ever said that to any of my students. Ancient songs from the 1930’s and 40’s started wafting around the room and making a beeline for my eardrums.
