My new atelier! / Topshit Photography Vlog #37

My dearest followers,
this year 2018 is not slowing down and in this vlog I’m presenting to you my new space. It’s a former railway station freshly refurbished. The other location that I had was only for one year, so now this is the new place. It’s in Straža, the town where I have grown up.

Now I’m planning how to design the space, picking colors, looking for antique furniture. I’m planning to make few furniture pieces by myself. As a kid of 12+ years I loved the wood making process, so why not save some money and build stuff.

About the cottage in the vlog. I would love to buy it and although I could afford it, I am afraid I might get myself spread too thinly. Perhaps it’s time for crowdfunding? Perhaps it is, but it’s very likely that in half a year, it will be even better time. Perhaps I will get a partner or few of them and we can share ownership over the cottage. Everything is possible. But step at the time. My dear friend Damijan is a very successful businessman and he is sharing with me business secrets. Ones I was explaining him my projects, he told me that the successful businessman is the one who has the discepline to decide which project he/she will NOT do. I will eventually buy a cottage, perhaps this one, perhaps some other, but now it is not the time for it. Oh… I didn’t win lottery, we’ve sold our house, so…
